In the editorial titled “The Urological Society of India guidelines for the evaluation and management of prostate cancer (executive summary)”, published on pages 252-257, Issue 4, Volume 38 of Indian Journal of Urology, [1] the journal's editorial board was informed that some authors were inadvertently omitted in the submission made to the journal.
