   Best Reviewer: Dr. rishi Nayyar Top




Dr. Rishi Nayyar is presently working as Assistant Professor of Urology at AIIMS, New Delhi. He has published more than fifty papers in various national and international peer-reviewed journals and has won several awards and honors including Dr. J. R. Chawla Gold Medal in Urology, Marudhar Urology trust Jodhpur best paper award, Brij Kishore Patna Best paper prize and travel fellowship, Vijayawada prize for best poster, Agra Urological Association Best Video award, Mrs. Dwarka Prasad Travel Grant, Late G. M. Phadke Travelling Fellowship, Achiever's award 2010 from Delhi Urology Society, and AUA/IAUA Chakroborty Fellowship. He serves as a reviewer for more than 15 International and National urology journals of repute and is an editorial committee member for IJU.


   Best Reviewer (International): Dr. john Barry Top




Dr. Barry is Professor of Urology and Active Emeritus Professor of Surgery in the Division of Abdominal Organ Transplantation at the Oregon Health and Science University where he was Chief of Urology from 1979 to 2008 when he stepped down to be President of the American Urological Association. He was Director of Kidney Transplantation from 1976 to 2009, and he stepped down on the 50th anniversary of that program. From 2001 to 2002, he was the President of the American Board of Urology. He is the Immediate Past-President of the Urologic Society for Transplantation and Renal Surgery and the current President of the American Association of Genitourinary Surgeons. He has >300 publications in the fields of transplantation and general urology, and he is the recipient of the AUA's Ramon Guiteras Award (2015) and the Societe' Internationale d'Urologie Astellas European Foundation Award (2016). He has been to India three times, most recently in 2015 as a faculty member for the AUA University. He is currently a 0.50 full-time-equivalent surgeon at the same institution where he has spent his entire academic career. He is grateful to the IJU to receive the Best Reviewer-International Award for 2016.


   Special Appreciation: Dr. sunil Shroff Top




Dr. Sunil Shroff is a senior Consultant Urologist and Kidney Transplant surgeon and social entrepreneur who has been instrumental in establishing the deceased donation and transplantation program in India. He did his postgraduation in surgery from India and proceeded to England in 1983 and did his FRCS in 1986 followed by specialization in Urology, Andrology, and Kidney Transplantation from the Institute of Urology and Nephrology, London, and got his postgraduation degree in Urology from the University College of London. He was instrumental in starting the Department of Urology and Renal Transplantation at the Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Hospital at Chennai where he was Professor and Head of the department for 20 years till 2015.

Lt Col (Dr.) Amit Agrawal is an alumnus of Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, and passed his MBBS in the year 2000. He won the Gold medals for Medicine, Surgery and Preventive and Social Medicine besides winning the prestigious Major General NDP Karani Rolling Trophy for the Second Best Outgoing Student at AFMC. He also topped the Pune University during his MS (General Surgery) in 2008 and is also the proud recipient of Dr. B Ramamurthi Gold Medal for DNB General Surgery in the year 2009. He is also the winner of the first Late Captain Aditya Misra award for the best outgoing Surgery Resident at AFMC for the year 2008. He completed his DNB in Urology from Army Hospital (R & R), New Delhi, in the year 2015. During his residency at Army Hospital (R & R), he won the first prize for Progress Session at NZUSICON 2013 and IPCA quiz at USICON 2014. He is presently posted to Command Hospital, Pune, and the areas of his interest are Uro-oncology and Endourology.
